Company Background
New York Institute, Inc. was established in Kuressaare, Estonia, in the summer of 2006. On the strength of its comprehensive curriculum and exclusive use of native speaking English instructors, it was soon granted a private school license from the Estonian Ministry of Education. As the only American owned and operated language school in Estonia, it occupies a unique place not only in this country, but in the larger region of the Baltic states. The opportunity to study English here has attracted wide interest from students in Estonia and abroad. As a result, the school continues to expand its study programs, designed to promote further development of cultural and economic relations between Estonia and other countries.
